A person who is not affiliated with an organized group or who pays his own expenses may register on the internet.

ORGANIZED GROUP
A person who is part of an organized group, pays his own expenses and enjoys privileges of the group. The member may register on the internet with the use of a password provided by the group.

INDIVIDUAL COVERED BY EMPLOYER
Employer pays the benefits for the employees.
Members can only be registered by their employer.
